For Shopify agencies

Every agency gets these requests.
Nobody wants to staff for them.

Paid media, retention, creative, CRO, or general ecommerce consulting, the Shopify requests all look the same: small, urgent, and not what you were hired to do. We take the implementation work off your plate, quietly, under your brand.

You know these messages

None of it is your actual specialty. All of it lands in your inbox anyway, usually with a client waiting.

Build this landing page from the Figma our designer sent

The Meta pixel isn't firing on the thank-you page

Klaviyo's popup doesn't match the new theme

The PDP looks broken on mobile since the theme update

We need this variant built for the test starting Monday

Install this upsell app and make it match the theme

Our last developer disappeared halfway through a build

Can someone just fix this before the client sees it?

Why this hurts more for an agency

A landing page that ships two weeks late is not just a delayed task. It is two weeks of spend or a campaign pointed at a page that was supposed to be replaced, and a client asking why performance is flat.

Quality that varies from freelancer to freelancer costs you twice: once to fix it, and again in the renewal conversation when the client notices. Implementation is not adjacent to your results. It is upstream of them.

Every hour spent scoping a two-hour theme edit is an hour not spent on the work that actually keeps the client.

What we take off your plate

The small, high-frequency implementation work that sits between your strategy and the client actually seeing it live.

In scope

  • Theme edits and Shopify 2.0 sections
  • Landing pages from Figma or mockups
  • Bug fixes, broken layouts, app conflicts
  • App installs: Klaviyo, Recharge, Reviews, Loyalty
  • Tracking: GA4, Meta Pixel, GTM, conversion events
  • Performance: image optimization, lazy loading, asset cleanup

Out of scope

  • Custom Shopify apps
  • ERP integrations and complex backend systems
  • Full site redesigns and brand strategy
  • Copywriting, graphic design, paid advertising
  • Anything needing weeks of discovery upfront

If a request needs weeks of discovery, it belongs in a separate project, not the subscription. We will tell you that rather than quietly absorbing it.

How it fits your team

  • Requests go through Slack, ClickUp, Trello, Notion, Asana or email. No new tool for your team to learn.
  • $250 per task, capped at $2,500 a month, however many requests you send. No quoting a two-hour edit.
  • Every task gets a QA pass and a Loom, so your account manager can forward the explanation without translating it.
  • We never contact your clients. You can introduce us as your in-house Shopify team, or not mention us at all.
