For Klaviyo & retention agencies
You own email and SMS. But half of what makes a program work lives in the theme: the forms, the events, the landing pages. We build that part under your brand, so your retention work is not waiting on somebody else's developer.
None of it is email. All of it decides whether the email performs.
›The signup form is live but the popup is not capturing on mobile
›Back-in-stock needs a button on the product page
›Added to cart is not firing, so the abandoned flow never triggers
›We need a landing page for the campaign going out Thursday
›The embedded form breaks the layout on the collection page
›Can you pass product metafields into the flow templates?
›Klaviyo and Shopify are out of sync since the theme update
›The SMS consent checkbox needs to sit at checkout, not in a popup
A paid media agency can point spend at an imperfect page and still get data. You cannot send a flow that has no trigger. If the event is not firing, the flow does not run at all, and the revenue you were hired to produce simply does not exist.
Worse, your entire case for renewal is attributed revenue. When the Klaviyo and Shopify integration drifts, or events double-fire after a theme change, the number you report is wrong. You end up defending your own reporting instead of showing results.
Retention is the one specialty where the implementation is not supporting the deliverable. It is the deliverable, half the time.
Forms, events, templates and the landing pages your campaigns point at. Small, high-frequency work, delivered in 1-2 business days.

Out of scope
If a request needs weeks of discovery, it belongs in a separate project, not the subscription. We will tell you that rather than quietly absorbing it.
Weighing this against hiring? The hire, freelance or partner comparison covers the trade-offs. Pricing is on the pricing page.
The work is the same. The reason it hurts is not.
