Written to be read. If anything here is unclear, ask before you send work rather than after.
Effective 18 August 2026
Shopify implementation work, delivered under your agency's brand. You keep the client relationship and the credit. We do the build and stay invisible.
The scope we take and the scope we do not is set out on the service page. Work outside it needs a separate arrangement, and we will say so rather than quietly absorb it.
A task is a discrete piece of work of up to 4 hours. If what you send is larger than that, we split it into multiple tasks and tell you before starting, never after. You can always decline at that point and owe nothing for the part not started.
1-2 business days is our target and what we plan capacity around. It is not a guarantee, and we would rather say that plainly than promise something weather, illness and third-party outages can break. One task is worked at a time, which is what keeps the target realistic at every volume.
If we are going to miss it, you hear from us before the deadline rather than after.
If you are not happy with the first task we deliver, tell us within 14 days and we refund it. You do not have to justify the decision and we will not make it awkward.
Beyond the first task, if something we deliver is not what was agreed, we fix it. That is included, not billed again.
You do, or your client does, as soon as it is paid for. We keep no rights over theme code, sections or configuration we build for you. Nothing we deliver carries our branding, credit, comments or links.
We may describe the type of work we do in general terms, but we will not name you or your clients, or show the work, without your written permission.
To hit the turnaround we need the access and the answers. If a task is blocked waiting on either, the clock pauses until it is unblocked. We will tell you when that happens and what we are waiting for.
Month to month. Cancel any time by emailing hello@junymo.com, with no notice period and no exit fee. You are billed for the month you are in, any tasks already delivered stay yours, and we remove our access on request.
We may end an engagement too, with reasonable notice, if the work consistently falls outside scope or the relationship is not working. In that case we refund any unused portion of the current month.
We do our work carefully and we take responsibility for our mistakes, which in practice means fixing them promptly at no charge. What we cannot accept is unlimited liability for downstream losses such as lost revenue or lost profit. Our total liability in any dispute is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before it arose.
We are not responsible for outages, breaking changes or defects originating with Shopify, an app vendor or another third party, though we will help you work around them.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States. Before anything formal, both sides agree to actually talk and try to sort it out.
If these terms change materially, the effective date at the top changes and current customers get an email before it takes effect for them.
