Every task is scoped in hours and confirmed before we start, never after. Minimum 1 hour a task, whole hours after that, and that hour covers the build, the QA pass, the deploy and the walkthrough.
A quiet month banks hours instead of wasting them. Your balance carries across plan changes and holds up to 2x your monthly hours. If you cancel, you have 60 days to spend what is left.
Move up the moment you need more and it prorates immediately. Move down and it takes effect next cycle. If you sit at your rollover cap two months running, we will tell you to drop a plan.
The part that matters
Most agencies who have bought hours before have watched some of them evaporate at the end of a quarter. That is the practice this model exists to avoid. Hours you paid for stay yours, a slow month is not money burned, and you are never sending us filler work in the last week to justify the invoice. Tasks scoped at 4 hours or under come back in 2 business days, whether they are the first of the month or the thirtieth.
The more hours you hold each month, the lower the rate. Move between plans whenever your workload changes.
