Privacy Policy

Short, because we collect very little. This describes what actually happens, not what a generator thinks should happen.

Effective 23 August 2026

Who we are

Junymo provides white-label Shopify implementation for ecommerce agencies. Our customers are agencies. The stores we work on belong to those agencies' clients.

Questions about anything on this page, including deletion requests, go to hello@junymo.com.

What we collect from this website

One thing: what you type into the form on /start. That is your name, your email address, and optionally your agency name, a store URL and a description of the work you need.

We use Vercel Web Analytics to see aggregate traffic to this site, such as which pages get visited and how many people come from where. It is cookieless and does not track you individually or across other sites. We run no advertising pixels and no other third-party tracking.

Why we collect it, and how long we keep it

To reply to you and to quote the work. Nothing else. We do not sell it, rent it, or add you to a marketing list you did not ask for.

Enquiries that do not turn into work are deleted within 12 months. If you become a customer, we keep what we need for as long as we work together and for as long afterwards as our tax and accounting obligations require.

Who else touches it

Three companies, each doing one job:

  • Vercel hosts this website, keeps standard server request logs (which include IP addresses), and provides the aggregate, cookieless web analytics described above.
  • Resend delivers the email your form submission turns into. Your message passes through their system to reach our inbox.
  • Calendly handles scheduling, and only if you choose to book a call. If you never book one, Calendly never receives anything about you.

Each of these is a processor acting on our instructions. None of them are given your information for their own marketing.

Client store data

Doing the work means we are given access to Shopify stores. That access is scoped and revocable:

  • We ask for Shopify collaborator access, not the account owner login, so it is limited and can be withdrawn at any time.
  • We access a store only to perform the work requested, and we do not export, copy or retain customer lists, order data or any other store records.
  • We never contact an agency's clients. Not for scope questions, not for feedback, not for marketing.
  • When an engagement ends, ask us to remove our access and we will confirm once it is done.

Where a store contains personal data belonging to shoppers, the merchant is the controller of that data and we act only on the agency's instruction.

Your rights

Ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@junymo.com and we will do it within 30 days. You do not need a specific reason and there is no charge.

Depending on where you live you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or the CCPA. We will honour those requests on the same terms.

Security, honestly stated

Data in transit is encrypted, access to our systems is limited to people who need it, and store access is collaborator-scoped rather than full admin. That said, no service can promise perfect security, and we are not going to pretend otherwise. If something happens that affects your data, we will tell you rather than wait for you to notice.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, the effective date at the top changes and existing customers get an email. We will not quietly rewrite it.
